In the Living room it is possible to use one sleeping couch for 1-2 person for aditional price: 5,00 euro/person.

We apply 5% discounts on all rates for a stay longer than 3 nights.
Familly price: 5% discounts for a familly with children.
Not valid during major holidays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
During the High Season, New Year's Eve, Easter and other important holidays, a minimum stay of 2 nights is requested.
For staying less than 2 nights all rates increase for 20%.
Check In: between 6pm and 10pm or by appointment.
We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance about their arrival time.
Failure to do so may result in finding nobody home to welcome you.
The guests will be provided with a key of the apartment
Check Out: before 11am
A request can be made the day before leaving to keep the apartment after 11:00am on the day of departure. If we can confirm availability there will be a charge of 50% of the daily rate to keep the apartment available until 5:00 pm. Keeping the room after 5:00pm will incur a charge of a full day's rate
RESERVATIONS :
All reservations must be communicated in writing either by e-mail or cellphone. By making a reservation you understand and agree to the general terms and conditions. The reservation will be confirmed after we receive a payment application of 20 % or a full day's rate which have to be paid in advance directly via post office or by bank transfer . If you do not pay for a reservation a deposit of a full day's rate in advance, the latest time to arrive is 6pm. Failure to do so may result that your reservation will be cancelled after 6pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All changes must be communicated in writing either by e-mail or by sms. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if notification comes 8 days prior to the reservation date. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations received 7 days or less before the reservation date. Early departures are considered as cancellations, therefore full payment is required for all nights reserved though not utilized.
Paying Methods:
We only accept cash payments.
The Credit Cards are not accepted.
Our guests will settle the bill at the Check In.
Total payment are to be made in cash (HRK or EU) at arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
